- “BASARA” AEG Rubber packing
- 50 degree hardness
- Made of Nitrile rubber
- V-cut HOP protrusion for centering and applying HOP to BB.

BASARA means diamond in Japanese, a term originating from a time before SAMURAI.

We named this to be the best HOP rubber as diamond !

This rubber packing is a V-shaped HOP design.

It may drop FPS slightly, but will give good accuracy.

This holds the BB by 3 points (upper 2 points by protrusion and bottom 1 point by inner barrel). This provides more stability at an improved distance.

This rubber has been improved many times. We achieved our final goal. In the past, we tried making it but failed. Back then, we used a more complicated shape. It was good but became difficult to find the best setting into the HOP chamber.

So in this final design, we removed the useless complex design to be simple. We find this is the best for shooting.

Here is a reference:

In case of low HOP, it may slip the BB. In this case, add more HOP tension.
In case of HIGH HOP, it may be too strong for the BB, so FPS will drop.

So, we recommend using from 10% to 70% HOP tension.

Bucking's Inner Patch Missaligned

I've only purchased one, so maybe it could have just been a bad batch. The 2 patches inside the bucking that applies hop to the BB was off centered to the left. Pretty bad quality and unusable. The bucking is thinner than Maple leaf Macaron so it's very loose inside my Retro Arms hop up unit. (Not a negative but other buyers may not like buckings that can easily rotate inside hop ups.)

I do not recommend buying.
