product details

Although standard AEG springs can work with TM Next-Gen Gearboxes, shorter and stronger springs like these Eagle6 ones are ideal. These springs are very well made and are trusted among technicians who specialize in TM Next-Gen AEG's.

This spring is specifically designed for the Next-generation AEG's from Tokyo Marui which use a shorter than normal AEG spring. Using an oversized AEG spring in one of these gearbox's will cause excess wear to your stock tube threads or poor cycling / reduced battery efficiency. These springs are Heat treated 3 times and use high-quality steel and are Made in England. These Springs are tested every 10 springs and measured for consistency during a batch manufacturing process. These are also deliberately made as a linear spring for a more consistent fps reading shot to shot.

There are two key factors we try and eliminate with our springs, Settling period and Variance. Settling is how a spring changes after a period of time in your AEG. We have removed massive amounts of this with 3 separate heat treatments. In essence, we have pre settling the spring for you then we test its power. This leads us to variance. We choose a high-quality steel and linear design to keep average variance within an 8% tolerance margin. Non-Linear designs power can only be calculated on an average over a spring length adding more chance for variance in production. I.e. spring 1 in a batch maybe 90NM and spring 100 could be NM. We check our springs every 10 springs then do a spring load test on 6 randomly picked springs at the end of production. We aim for a tolerance better than 8% across 6 tested springs. Of course, we are always looking at improving this but we find we have found a good result VS cost of production.

This spring will fit all Next Generation Recoil Shock AEG's

Testing results from this gun produced around 450 FPS on a stock M4 NGRS. Our design aim was about 430 Fps which is 130 meters per second we will update this as customers report back results. We reserve the right to tweak or alter the design in future batches to bring it more in line with the target FPS if needed.

- Made with high-quality steel
- Heat Treated
- Measured every 10 springs
- Linear Spring For Increased Consistency
- Designed specifically for the Next Gen Recoil Shock AEG Range
- Ground Ends For Increased Consistency

Tech note - FPS results vary between guns and depending on upgrades. We do a full range of springs so you can change up or down if you aren't getting the results you desire.

Also Great fro KWA T10 with Ulysses Recoil Kit

Excellent springs for the KWA T10 when using the Ulysses recoil kit. The stock spring with the Ulysses kit was spent after only 6 months. These Eagle 6 springs look far superior and have given great results so far.
