This Piston Head is extremely light. It weighs just 5.79 grams with the technopolymer washer!

It is the lightest among those produced by FPS for rifles shooting over 30 BBs / second.

The X-ring has less friction and traps lubricant better. The X-RING can be used for over 30 bbs/second, but the power of the replica should not exceed more than 1 joule for high rates of fire. If the rate of fire is high AND the power output is high, consider using a regular Viton O-ring.

The adoption of carbon fiber lightens the weight of the piston and piston head with a significant reduction in mechanical stress and noise.

The particular conformation of the striking part (conical degrading towards the center) ensures that the ventilation holes are never closed by the rubber of the cylinder head, without leaving too much air between the cylinder head and piston head. All this ensures a perfect anti-vacuum system without ever producing power loss.

For preparations of replicas with extreme rates of fire, our technical team recommends the use of the washer to lighten the beating mass.

Supplied with VITON X-ring for maximum smoothness and chemical resistance to lubricants.
