Installation (general guidelines)
- Make sure the replica is unloaded and disconnected from its power source.
- Remove the fire selector on the side where you want to plug the hole (if installed).
- Clean the selector hole from dirt, paint build-up or debris.
- Put a little bit of Loctite 542 glue on the edges - available here
- Gently press the CNC plug into the hole – it should sit tight and secure; use a soft tool if needed to avoid scratching the receiver.
- Check that the plug sits flush with the receiver surface and does not protrude excessively.
- Tip: if the receiver has been painted or Cerakoted, removing excess coating from the edge of the hole will help the plug seat flush without excessive force.
