Lighten and stiffen the front end of your M4/AR15/M16 replica! The Mancraft Hybrid Carbon-CNC is an ultra-light outer barrel designed for TM-standard M4/M16/AR15 platforms, combining a high-grade seamless carbon fiber tube with precisely CNC-machined aluminum components.
This design was created for dynamic CQB builds, lightweight HPA / AEG setups and longer AR configurations, where every few grams saved has a real impact on balance. Each barrel features two inner barrel stabilizers, each with two O-rings, for excellent coaxial alignment of the entire assembly.

Installation (5–15 minutes)
- Make sure the replica is unloaded and safe.
- Remove the existing outer barrel and front assembly according to your replica’s design.
- Transfer or install the hop-up chamber and inner barrel.
- Make sure the inner barrel slides in coaxially and does not bind on the internal O-rings.
- Seat the new Mancraft barrel in the upper receiver, ensuring even contact.
- Tighten the barrel nut with sufficient force and check that no play is present.
- Check alignment and correct hop-up operation.
- Tip: if you run heavier accessories on the front, make sure everything is tightened with care and free from unnecessary stress.

Will the barrel fit every M4 replica?
It is designed around the TM standard and works with most popular Airsoft M4/M16/AR15 receivers. For non-standard designs we recommend checking compatibility.
Can I use a tracer or suppressor?
Yes. The thick carbon walls provide high stiffness, so the barrel handles 14 mm CCW threaded accessories very well.
How do I choose the right length for my handguard?
The best rule of thumb is to choose a length where the threaded tip is either slightly recessed or just protruding past the handguard edge, depending on your preferred look and accessories.
Is this a firearm part?
