These centering pins are useful for ensuring that bearings are properly centered in gearboxes with wide tolerances.

No matter how amazing or precise your bushings or bearings are in your gearbox, their full potential cannot be achieved if they are not perfectly aligned with the axis of your gears. Through the use of the gearbox centering pins, your bushings and bearings will be perfectly centered reducing the stress placed on your gears.
