Retro ARMS has reworked and redesigned these AEG pistons in a new material.

The Piston uses a true 14.5-tooth (including pickup tooth) design. This will allow for corrected AoE in the vast majority of Gearboxes, although some gearboxes may require a little more material to be removed.

The metal racks are visually straighter than most China-manufactured pistons. The rack sits very firmly inside the piston body and likely require a lot of force to remove.

Weight: 16.91g
Length: 66.56mm
Width (excluding rails): 18.55mm
Total Width (including rails): 22mm
Height (inlcuding main teeth): 20.84mm
Height (just body): 19.3mm
Height (pickup tooth & body -- the tallest area of the piston): 21.12mm

This piston has a narrow inner diameter at 15.4mm, so it may not be compatible with some thrust bearings.

A very well made piston

The body being CNC machined instead of just injection molded is very nice especially in super tight tolerance shells like the RA shells. Although to note the racks do need to be glued for maximum durability. I used Bob Smith Industries IC-2000. Currently running in a 37 RPS SSG at 1.3J with no issues

Great Pistons!

These pistons of course are a perfect fit in retro arms shells, but the racks have great AOE precuts and the pickup tooth depth doesn't drag against your SHS/Rocket sectors.

They have held up to my DSG and SSG builds beautifully with little to no modifications required during installation, which is a huge plus in my book!

Give them a try if you haven't!:)
