This screw is meant to secure the QSC Spring Guide for Retro ARMS Gearboxes. If the Spring Guide isn't secured by a traditional buffer tube screw, the spring guide can become misaligned and cause damage to gearbox components. This screw reduces spring deflection and makes sure that the spring guide is always aligned.

This screw is made of C45 material (12050 steel)
