Not the best after using the lonex v3 spring set. The lonex red is stiffer on the spring. This one is a bit weaker and shows when dealing with cheap AEG gearboxes trying to cram them back together. This SHS model would slip up more so than the lonex red did and I used the lonex red instead of this, although I still like the SHS for v2 gearboxes as it is easier to close. Final notes, if dealing with v3 gearbox get the lonex red, if dealing with v2 gearbox get this SHS model.

These are the only ARL's I buy, they are very cheap but also very durable. I have never had any of these break, they're made of very durable steel and I'd trust them in any setup. In the previous review it's said that it will liklely break with a spring above M140, I strongly disagree. I have used these in setups running M150-M170 springs with 13:1-12:1 ratio full stroke SSG gear sets and they fared just as well as in milder setups.

It great for what it is. Its not an upgrade its a replacement it would brake under the pressure on a m140 or bigger. It is what it is.
