This is a 7075 CNC Machined Cylinder Head by SHS.

Because the Piston assembly is constantly slamming against the Cylinder Head during a gearbox cycle, the Cylinder Head endures a lot of stress. Plastic Cylinder Heads tend to crack and fail over time as a result of these stressors. Unlike stock plastic Cylinder Heads, this unit is built from high-grade aluminum and can withstand the strongest of springs.

Due to the dual O-ring design, this Cylinder Head makes an excellent seal. Many Airsofters use Teflon tape to aid in Gearbox compression, but I have not found any need for modification when using these SHS Cylinder Heads. Having good compression in your gun improves efficiency and accuracy.

Note: This Cylinder Head might need the side holes to be wider to fit into some Gearboxes. The holes can be enlarged with a dremel tool.

Truly amazing.

Double O-Ring design helped me fix my air leak issue and ensured my air seal was good. Tight fit but that was a good thing considering that the issue was fixed. SHS makes really good stuff. Also came with a sorbo pad at the back.

Well priced. Great seal.

Although it was a tight fit, it gave me a good seal when paired up with an ASG cylinder and a Double Bell Alu nozzle (it worked with a Slong one too). It didn't fit into my Maxx cylinder, maybe you can make it work, but you risk damaging the oring.

This is very nice cylinder head. There is some padding on the back, but I cut it in half and added a1/8" sorbo and 1/32" neo pad to correct AOE. I did have to drill the retention holes a bit wider to fit my VFC gearbox. The fit in my cylinder was tight and took some muscle to get in but the seal is insane. Very pleased with this purchase!

I bought this from a field locally. It is beautiful. Really well made but sadly I just couldn't get it to work. At first (like the discription explains) the holes were to small for my shell (Aimtop 8mm) so I drilled them out. After the holes fit but I couldn't get it and the cylinder to line up and close properly in the shell. A problem most likely caused by poor accuracy in my drilling. Either way the thing fit incredibly tightly in my cylinder. I tested it with an oring nozzle and junk poly carb piston ; the piston wouldn't budge from the seal the cylinder gave. I really wish this piece would of fit in my box. Instead I went with a modify double o-ring cyl. No modification was required, thankfully.

Product is excellent and seals like no other. Put this in my KWA Km4 cylinder and works like a charm. Got rid of my stock plastic cyl head.
