Siegetek Concepts is an innovative, USA-based company that produces the highest quality Gear sets in the world. These new Gen 2 sets are no exception, and have been even further enhanced. For Airsofters who want to squeeze out every last drop of performance into their AEG, Siegetek gears are a must-have.

This Gear set will give you a ridiculously high rate of fire. Please keep in mind that because there is an extra tooth on the Sector, spring pairing is of heightened importance. Keep your piston light, your spring strong, and your ROF moderate to avoid mistiming.

The following enhancements are described by RiotSC himself:

"These Gen 2 gears use a new 2-piece design compared to the original version's 5-piece. The material has also been updated to even stronger nickel chromoly steel as opposed to the chromoly steel used in the original version. The surface finish has been changed to manganese phosphate from the original black oxide. Manganese phosphate provides better wear resistance and lubricant retention properties."

Installing a DSG Gearset requires technical expertise and fine tuning of the Gearbox. I had to do a lot of research and read voraciously before I could unlock the full potential of these gears. The official DSG instruction manual is a good start: http://www.siegetek.com/instructions/cyclone.pdf

Use of the Siegetek G4 pinion gear is strongly recommended.
