These gears are well-designed and highly strengthened, making them the most efficient and strongest gears in the industry.

The Sector gear has 13 teeth from the factory, which shortens the stroke. While this reduces power, it improves response times and can prevent pre-engagement in high-speed builds. Using a stronger spring is advised to mitigate power loss.

With this Sector gear, you no longer have to manually grind teeth off for most high-speed builds. This simplifies installation and preserves the manufacturers warranty at no additional cost.

Moreover, the sector gear was redesigned and re-balanced for proper tappet cam and cut-off cam engagement timing. It's not a simple reduction in teeth.

This gear set delivers a slightly lower rate of fire and higher torque compared to the 18:1 gears commonly found in most airsoft guns. However, when paired with a high-speed motor and an 11.1v battery, it can achieve a high rate of fire.
