I have used this spring guide in an overhauled ICS m4 with no problems. It was a direct fit and the only wear it shoes is degraded coating on the side of the spring guide. Pros: steel bearings direct fit in ICS Cons: weird coating that is finally shoeing surface wear The shaft was installed slightly off center, but it does not seam to effect performance

This spring guide is a brick. I have tried to abuse it and it takes it all. The bearings are solid and work smoothly. Only issues is that the tabs might be too long for some guns, but a little filing isn't too bad. Excellent product and great price!

This spring guide is very robust. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 which it deserves, is the ears are a bit wide for my G&P shell (I had to break out the file). Who said airsoft mechboxes are plug and play...... Oh well I have used this in other brands with no issues.
